Eh, AnO KuNG Kapamilya na TAYO?


Intro.
Mahalaga ang pagkapamilya natin sa Diyos. Naging kapamilya tayo sa Panginoon dahil sa pananampalataya. Ngayong araw na ito nais ko na sagutin natin ang 2 tanong….
Ano nga ba yung pananampalataya? What is the meanining of faith?And,
Paano ko isasabuhay ang pananampalataya na ito?How shall I live this faith?

1. Ang pananampalataya ay siyang basehan ng ating pagka-Kristiyano

a. Tinatawag ang ebanghelyo na tinanggap ng bawat isa sa atin na
Faith or pananampalataya.

Jude 3
Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

b. Tinawag din tayo na faithful in the Lord –

Sa Col. 1: 12 sinabi diyan

To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

c. Di lang faithful in the Lord ang tawag ni Pablo sa atin, tinawag din tayo na isang sambahayan ng pananampalataya. –

Galatians 6:10
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.



2. Kung ang faith ay ang basehan ng ating pagkakristiyano ito rin ang
basehan ng pang-araw araw na buhay natin. Faith is therefore the
underlying principle of all the Christian's conduct...

Ang pananampalataya na ito ay ang pinaka-bedrock ng ating kaligtasan diyan kay Kristo. “power unto salvation” (Ro 1:16-17) at ito rin ang sento ng buhay na isinasabuhay natin sa kanya. - Ga 2:20; “crucified with Christ + the life I live I live by faith in the Son of God “
Nakapako tayo sa kanya at nabuhay rin sa kanya

3. Kaya lang napapabayaan natin ito at kalimita’y di natin naiintindihan at parati nating napapabayaan. We often misunderstand faith and neglect it.


I. Ano ang meaning ng Pananampalataya?

May pananampalataya kung may paniniwala ngunit ang paniniwala na ito nangangahulugan din sa ating pakikinig at pagmamay-ari sa katotohanan. Faith INVOLVES THE IDEA OF BELIEF... Yet this belief involves hearing and owning the Truth

Faith is the certainty or conviction that one has in some truth or
proposition. Ang pananampalataya ay ang katiyakan sa isang katotohanan at ang katiyakan na ito ay galing sa salita Niya.

Acts 8:12
But when they believed Philip as he preached the good news of the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

At dahil sila ay nakakarinig sila ng gospel at sila din ay nagsitanggap

Rom 10:17
So faith comes from what is heard and what is heard comes by the preaching of Christ

May 2 bagay na dapat makita natin dito:

A. Nakikita sa pananampalataya ang panananalig. Faith INVOLVES
THE IDEA OF CONFIDENCE...
We must be seen as willing to place our trust and reliance
on someone else and that someone is God.

Romans 4:3
What does the Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness."



1Peter 4:19
So then, those who suffer according to God's will should commit themselves to their faithful Creator and continue to do good.

Pansinin natin ang words na believed, credited and should commit. Ito ay may idea ng confidence.



B. Nakikita sa pananampalataya ang katapatan. Faith INVOLVES THE
IDEA OF LOYALTY...
We must be loyal, committed, and trustworthy even unto death. Ito ay
patunay ng faith

1 Cor. 4:2
Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.


II. Paano ba tayo mamuhay ng may Pananampalataya?

A. Ipahayag natin ang ating pananampalataya

A life of Faith INVOLVES CONFESSING OUR FAITH...
Ito’y nangangahulugan sa pag-acknowledge natin sa Panginoong
Jesu Kristo sa harapan ng iba at sa habang panahon.

Matthew 10:32-33
"Whoever acknowledges me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my Father in heaven. [33] But whoever disowns me before men, I will disown him before my Father in heaven.

B. Gawin nating halata sa gawa ang ating pananampalataya.

A life of Faith INVOLVES LIVING BY FAITH...

Bilang mananampalataya dapat i-conform natin ang ating buhay kay Kristo Jesus conducting one's life with trust in Jesus Christ Kung sa gayo”y nakapako tayo sa kanya - Ga 2:20

CONCLUSION

1. A Christian is one who should take his faith very seriously...
Nakikita ba natin ang mga implikasyon ng ating pananampalataya?

2. Are you "Living By Faith"? Halata ba tayo na namuhay ng may
pananampalataya?
